Workwave, the market-leading field service software solution provider, hold a software user conference annually for their customers. Vievma were brought onto the task just 2 weeks before the 4-day event. Over 30 speakers were involved across 3 different tracks in order to seamlessly produce the event.
Where was the Event Hosted?
Hosted on the Whova platform with video conferencing from Zoom, the event was a huge success – with delegate numbers almost double the size of their in-person 2019 event! Customers realised a double benefit of the virtual event, saving money on travel and having more staff benefit from the training on offer.
